A Denver-based lighting manufacturer purchased a 60,000SF warehouse in which they planned to house their offices and manufacturing plant, leaving a portion of the building for future expansion and development. The design process began with client and architect laying out scaled areas for staff and experimenting with adjacencies, department sizes and connections between office and manufacturing. The fluid edge between office and manufacturing, interior windows and an energetic color palette coalesced the two parts of the program into a cohesive space.
