Above an existing lower downtown Denver loft building the shell of this top floor loft was added affording exterior terraces and the opportunity to create more open entertaining areas and a private side for sleeping, bathing and dressing. The design concept was generated in an initial programming meeting and carried forward into construction documents with escalating levels of definition. Cabinetry, trim and ornamental metals were all fabricated by local trades. Use areas are defined by a thickened zinc shingle mass, glass overhead doors and furnishings.
